Precious Dreams Foundation provides sleep support, teaches healthy coping mechanisms, and helps youth in foster care and homeless shelters uncover paths to fostering their dreams.

The Vision

We believe that every child deserves to feel comforted and secure in their present and future. We envision a world in which each child navigating displacement and trauma in foster care and homeless shelters sleep well and nurture their biggest dreams.
By reaching thousands living in uncertainty with our services, we hope to inspire a generation of well-rested and self-affirmed young people who will transform their lives and change the world.

Everyone Deserves Big Dreams

Precious Dreams Foundation serves youth as they enter and exit foster care and homeless shelters, providing support during two of their most challenging transitional periods. Youth build resilience through our intervention programs, inspiring healthy coping techniques and pathways to their dreams.

Learn More

There are 2.5 million children experiencing homelessness in the US each year.

There are approximately 428,000 children in foster care in theĀ United States.

Children in foster care often face emotional and psychological challenges as they adjust to new environments. Some children with severe attachment disorders exhibit signs of sleep disturbance.

Homeless children worry about where they will sleep on a given night, and if they have a place to sleep, they are afraid of losing it.
